Lead Generation Manager

Job description

We’re looking for a driven, highly organized graduate to lead creator acquisition for a growing digital agency.

If you're ambitious, results-oriented, and excited by the idea of building powerful outreach systems while working with influencers and creators, this role is for you.

This is a hands-on position for someone who wants to learn and apply proven client acquisition systems. You’ll be responsible for bringing high-value creators into our agency through a mix of direct outreach, team management, campaign planning, and funnel development.

You will also lead a small outreach team and play a central role in systemizing our inbound and outbound lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Creator Acquisition

• Manage and support a small outreach team contacting creators via Instagram, WhatsApp, and email
• Identify and target creators with strong followings but poor monetization
• Assist in the development of scripts, lead magnets, and funnel materials
• Help create VSLs and post-call videos to increase conversion

System and Funnel Building

• Build and optimize lead funnels that convert cold traffic into booked calls
• Work with our media buyer to launch ad campaigns targeting creators
• Manage CRM and lead tracking systems for efficient follow-up and reporting

Performance Management

• Track and report key metrics from all outreach channels
• Maintain and optimize spreadsheets, dashboards, and lead databases
• Analyze what’s working and suggest improvements to improve acquisition

Partnership and Brand Growth

• Support the launch of our ambassador and referral programs
• Help build and manage our agency’s social media and online brand presence
• Oversee outreach to referral partners (e.g. photographers, micro-agencies)

Bonus (not required)

• Experience with Instagram, GoHighLevel, Meta Ads, or WhatsApp Business
• Background in sales, outreach, marketing, or digital creator spaces
